If you do find yourself not completely satisfied with the purchase your received, we will return your money or offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase. How The Refund Process Works 

Jewel Bear is not responsible for the cost of postage for returns. Once the jewelry creation is returned to Jewel Bear, our Quality Assurance department will verify the condition to make sure the quality is up to standard. For us to have enough time to inspect and assure the quality of the item, we could take up to a week to process your return. We will of course keep you updated along the process so you can have that peace of mind. But, please understand that depending on the payment method, a refund might take up to 30 days after return.
